Common use of Documents, Etc Clause in Contracts

Documents, Etc. Each Grantor shall deliver to the Administrative Agent, or an agent designated by it, appropriately endorsed or accompanied by appropriate instruments of transfer or assignment, all Documents and Chattel Paper, and all other Rights to Payment, in each case, with a face value in excess of $100,000 individually and $250,000 in the aggregate for all such Documents, Chattel paper and other Rights to Payment, at any time evidenced by promissory notes, trade acceptances or other instruments, not already delivered hereunder pursuant to this Section 3.
