DOCUMENTS FORMING THIS CONTRACT. (a) If there is any discrepancy, inconsistency or ambiguity between a Purchase Order and these Standard Purchase Conditions, the Purchase Order shall prevail. The Purchase Order and these Standard Purchase Conditions shall have precedence over any other documents forming part of this Contract.
(b) If the discrepancy, inconsistency or ambiguity cannot be resolved by applying the above, then the Company will direct the interpretation to be followed.
