Documents Furnished to Trustee. The Company shall, within 30 days after the delivery thereof, furnish to the Issuer and the Trustee a true and complete copy of the agreements or other documents effectuating any assignment pursuant to Section 6.01 hereof. The Trustee's only duties with respect to any such agreement or other document so furnished to it shall be to make the same available for examination by any Owner at the Principal Office of the Trustee upon reasonable notice.
