Common use of Documents Made Available Clause in Contracts

Documents Made Available. Enova has made available to Pacific a true and correct copy of each collective bargaining agreement to which Enova or any of its subsidiaries is a party or under which Enova or any of its subsidiaries has obligations, and with respect to each Enova Benefit Plan, (i) such plan and summary plan description, (ii) the most recent annual report filed with the IRS, (iii) each related trust agreement, insurance contract, service provider or investment management agreement (including all amendments to each such document), (iv) the most recent determination of the IRS with respect to the qualified status of such plan, and (v) the most recent actuarial report or valuation.
