Documents Mailed to Holders. Promptly after the execution by the Trustee of any document entered into pursuant to Section 8.01(b), the Trustee shall mail, by first-class mail, postage prepaid, a conformed copy thereof to each Holder of an Equipment Note at its address in the Equipment Note Register, but the failure of the Trustee to mail such conformed copies shall not impair or affect the validity of such document.
