Common use of Documents Mailed to Note Holders Clause in Contracts

Documents Mailed to Note Holders. Promptly after the execution by the Owner Trustee or the Indenture Trustee of any document entered into pursuant to this Article IX, the Owner Trustee shall mail, by certified mail, postage prepaid, conformed copies thereof to the Indenture Trustee (in such quantities as will permit the Indenture Trustee to distribute one copy to each Note Holder, and the Indenture Trustee shall mail one such copy to each Note Holder), but the failure of the Owner Trustee or the Indenture Trustee to mail such conformed copies shall not impair or affect the validity of such document. The Indenture Trustee will furnish to each Note Holder, promptly upon receipt thereof, duplicates or copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates and other instruments furnished to the Indenture Trustee under the Lease or hereunder to the extent that the same were not required to have been furnished to such Note Holder pursuant hereto or to the Lease.
