Documents, Monies, etc. Held by Subscription Receipt Agent. Any securities, documents of title or other instruments that may at any time be held by the Subscription Receipt Agent pursuant to this Agreement may be placed in the deposit vaults of the Subscription Receipt Agent or of any Canadian bank or deposited for safekeeping with any such bank. If the Subscription Receipt Agent has not received a direction under Section 4.1, any monies so held pending the application or withdrawal thereof under any provisions of this Agreement may be deposited in the name of the Subscription Receipt Agent in any Canadian bank, or in the deposit department of the Subscription Receipt Agent or any other loan or trust company authorized to accept deposits under the laws of Canada or a province thereof, at the rate of interest (if any) then current on similar deposits.
