Documents Otherwise Unchanged. Except as herein provided, the Project Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect in accordance with its terms. As of the Amendment Date, each reference to the Project Agreement, and references in the Project Agreement to such agreement itself, shall reference the Project Agreement as amended hereby and as the same may be further amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
