Within five (5) Business Days after the end of each calendar month, the Company shall provide Nationwide, or its designee, a monthly statement of account, which shall confirm all transactions made during that particular month. The Company shall promptly provide Nationwide with a reasonable quantity (in light of the number of existing contract or policy owners) of the Funds’ prospectuses, Statements of Additional Information and any supplements thereto, and semi-annual and annual reports.
