Documents Remain in Effect. Except as expressly amended and modified by this Agreement, the Credit Agreement and the other documents executed pursuant to the Credit Agreement remain unmodified and in full force and effect, and each Borrower hereby ratifies, adopts and confirms its representations, warranties, agreements and covenants contained in, and obligations and liabilities under, the Credit Agreement and the other documents executed pursuant to the Credit Agreement.
