The Company shall have furnished to the Trustee the resolutions, certificates, instruments, opinions and cash, if any, required to be delivered prior to or upon the issuance of the Bonds pursuant to the provisions of the Indenture. The Company shall have requested the Trustee to, and the Trustee shall have, authenticated the Bonds pursuant to Article 5 of the Indenture.
