Common use of Documents Satisfactory Clause in Contracts

Documents Satisfactory. All proceedings, corporate or other, to be taken by Acquiror in connection with the Contemplated Transactions, and all documents incident thereto, shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Heritage and its counsel, and Acquiror shall have made available to Heritage for examination the originals or true and correct copies of all records and documents relating to the business and affairs of Acquiror and its Subsidiaries which Heritage may reasonably request in connection with said transactions.
