Common use of Documents Satisfactory Clause in Contracts

Documents Satisfactory. All proceedings, corporate or other, to be taken by Heritage in connection with the Contemplated Transactions, and all documents incident thereto, shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Acquiror and its counsel, and Heritage shall have made available to Acquiror for examination the originals or true and correct copies of all records and documents relating to the business and affairs of Heritage and its Subsidiaries which Acquiror may reasonably request in connection with said transactions.
