Common use of Documents to be Delivered by the Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Documents to be Delivered by the Purchaser. At the closing the Purchaser shall deliver to the Company and the Shareholders the following documents: a. Certificates for the number of shares of common stock of the Purchaser as determined in subsection 1.2. hereof. b. Such other documents of transfer, certificates of authority and other documents as the Company and/or the Shareholders may reasonably request.

Documents to be Delivered by the Purchaser. At the closing Closing the Purchaser shall deliver to the Private Company and the Shareholders the following documents: a. Certificates for the number of shares of common stock of the Purchaser as determined in subsection 1.2. sub-section 1.2 hereof. b. The certificate required pursuant to subsection 7.3 hereof. c. Such other documents of transfer, certificates of authority authority, and other documents as the Private Company and/or and the Shareholders may reasonably request.

Certificates for the number of shares of common stock of the Purchaser as determined in subsection sub-section 1.2. hereof. b. Such other documents A certificate signed by the Purchaser that the representations and warranties made by the Purchaser in this Agreement are true and correct on and as of transfer, certificates the closing date with the same effect as though such representations and warranties had been made on or given on and as of authority and other documents as the Company and/or the Shareholders may reasonably requestclosing date.
