DOCUMENTS TO BE FURNISHED BY THE TRUST. The Trust hereby agrees to furnish to the Custodian the following documents: 1. A copy of its Agreement and Declaration of Trust (the "Declaration of Trust") and any amendments thereto, certified by its Secretary. 2. A copy of its By-Laws certified by its Secretary. 3. A copy of the resolution of its Board of Trustees appointing the Custodian certified by its Secretary. 4. A copy of the most recent Prospectus of the Trust. 5. A Certificate of the President and Secretary setting forth the names and signatures of the present officers of the Trust.
