Common use of Documents to be Furnished Clause in Contracts

Documents to be Furnished. The following documents, including any amendments thereto, will be provided contemporaneously with the execution of this Agreement to the Custodian by each Company: a. A copy of the Articles of Incorporation certified by the Secretary; b. A copy of the Bylaws of the Company certified by the Secretary; c. A copy of the resolution of the Board of Directors of each Company approving the appointment of the Custodian, certified by the Secretary; d. A copy of the then current prospectus and statement of additional information of each Fund; and e. A certification of the chairman and secretary of each Company setting forth the names and signatures of the current Officers of the Company and other Authorized Persons.

A certification of the chairman Chairman and secretary Secretary of each Company the Corporation setting forth the names and signatures of the current Officers of the Company Corporation and other Authorized Persons.

(d) A certification of the chairman Chief Executive Officer and secretary Secretary of each the Company setting forth the names and signatures of the current Officers of the Company and other the names and signatures of the current Authorized Persons.

A copy of the resolution of the Board of Directors of each Company approving the appointment of Corporation appointing the Custodian, certified by the Secretary; d. A certification of the chairman Chairman and secretary Secretary of each Company the Corporation setting forth the names and signatures of the current Officers of the Company Corporation and other Authorized Persons.
