Common use of Documents to be Furnished Clause in Contracts

Documents to be Furnished. The following documents, including any amendments thereto, will be provided contemporaneously with the execution of the Agreement to the Custodian by the Fund: (a) A copy of the Fund’s incorporation; (b) A copy of the Fund’s bylaws, certified by the Secretary; (c) A copy of the resolution of the Board of Directors appointing the Custodian, certified by the Secretary; (d) A copy of the current prospectus of the Fund (the “Prospectus”); and (e) A certification of the Chairman or the President and the Secretary of the Fund setting forth the names and signatures of the current Officers of the Fund and other Authorized Persons.

Documents to be Furnished. The following documents, including any amendments thereto, will be provided contemporaneously with the execution of the Agreement to the Custodian by the Fund: (a) A copy of the Fund’s incorporationdeclaration of trust, certified by an Officer; (b) A copy of the Fund’s bylaws, certified by the Secretary; (c) A copy of the resolution of the Board of Directors appointing the Custodian, certified by the Secretary; (d) A copy of the current prospectus of the Fund (the “Prospectus”); and (e) A certification of the Chairman or the President and the Secretary of the Fund setting forth the names and signatures of the current Officers officers and trustees of the Fund and other Authorized Persons.; and (f) An executed authorization required by the Shareholder Communications Act of 1985, attached hereto as Exhibit C.

Documents to be Furnished. The following documents, including any amendments thereto, will be provided contemporaneously with the execution of the Agreement to the Custodian by the FundFunds: (a) A copy of the Fund’s incorporationFunds’ governing documents, certified by the Secretary or other Authorized Person; (b) A copy of the Fund’s bylawsresolution of the Board appointing the Custodian, certified by the SecretarySecretary or other Authorized Person; (c) A copy of the resolution of the Board of Directors appointing the Custodian, certified by the Secretary; (d) A copy of the current prospectus of the each Fund (the “Prospectus”); and (ed) A certification of the Chairman or the President and the Secretary or other Authorized Person of the Fund Funds setting forth the names and signatures of the current Officers of the Fund Funds and other Authorized Persons.

Documents to be Furnished. The following documents, including any amendments thereto, will be provided contemporaneously with the execution of the Agreement to the Custodian by the Fund: (a) A copy of the Fund’s incorporation; (b) A copy Declaration of the Fund’s bylawsTrust, certified by the Secretary; (cb) A copy of the resolution of the Board of Directors Trustees of the Fund appointing the Custodian, certified by the Secretary; (dc) A copy of the current prospectus of the Fund (the “Prospectus”); and; (ed) A certification of the Chairman or the President and the Secretary of the Fund setting forth the names and signatures of the current Officers of the Fund Company and other Authorized Persons.; and (e) An executed authorization required by the Shareholder Communications Act of 1985, attached hereto as Exhibit E.

Documents to be Furnished. The following documents, including any amendments thereto, will be provided contemporaneously with the execution of the Agreement to the Custodian by the Fund: (a) A copy of the Fund’s incorporationFunds’ declaration of trust, certified by an Officer; (b) A copy of the Fund’s Funds’ bylaws, certified by the Secretary; (c) A copy of the resolution of the Board of Directors appointing the Custodian, certified by the Secretary; (d) A copy of the current prospectus of the Fund Funds (the “Prospectus”); and (e) A certification of the Chairman or the President and the Secretary of the Fund Funds setting forth the names and signatures of the current Officers officers and trustees of the Fund Funds and other Authorized Persons.; and (f) An executed authorization required by the Shareholder Communications Act of 1985, attached hereto as Exhibit E.
