Documents to Be Given to Indenture Trustee. The Indenture Trustee, subject to the provisions of Sections 6.1 and 6.2, may receive a Trust Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel as conclusive evidence that any such Supplemental Indenture complies with the applicable provisions of the Indenture.
