Documents to Buyer. Escrow Holder shall deliver to Buyer the original FIRPTA Certificate executed by Seller, one (1) original of the Association Estoppel Certificate, two (2) originals of the General Assignment, one (1) conformed copy of the Deed and any other recorded documents, and one (1) original of any other document executed in connection with the Closing.
