Common use of Documents to Buyer Clause in Contracts

Documents to Buyer. Escrow Holder shall deliver to Buyer the original FIRPTA Certificate executed by Seller, one (1) original of the Association Estoppel Certificate, two (2) originals of the General Assignment, one (1) conformed copy of the Deed and any other recorded documents, and one (1) original of any other document executed in connection with the Closing.

Documents to Buyer. Escrow Holder shall deliver to Buyer the original FIRPTA Certificate executed by Seller, one (1) original of the Association Estoppel Certificate, two (2) originals of the General Assignment, one (1) conformed copy of the Deed and any other recorded documentsdocument deposited into Escrow by Seller pursuant hereto, and one (1) original conformed copy of any other document executed the Deed recorded in connection with the ClosingOfficial Records.

Documents to Buyer. Escrow Holder shall deliver to Buyer the original FIRPTA Certificate executed by Seller, one two (12) original originals of the Association Estoppel CertificateLease Assignment, two (2) originals of the General Assignment, the original Tenant Notices, (1) copy of any other document deposited into Escrow by Seller pursuant hereto and one (1) conformed copy of the Deed and any other recorded documents, and one (1) original of any other document executed in connection with the ClosingDeed.

Documents to Buyer. Escrow Holder shall deliver to Buyer the original FIRPTA Certificate executed by Seller, one two (12) original originals of the Association Estoppel CertificateLease Assignment, two (2) originals of the General Assignment, Assignment and one (1) conformed copy of the Deed and any other recorded documents, and one (1) original of any other document executed in connection with the ClosingDeed.

Documents to Buyer. Escrow Holder shall deliver to Buyer the original FIRPTA Certificate executed by Seller, one two (12) original originals of the Association Estoppel CertificateLease Assignment, two (2) originals of the General Assignment, one (1) conformed copy of the Deed and any other recorded documents, document deposited into Escrow by Seller pursuant hereto and one (1) original conformed copy of any other document executed in connection with the ClosingDeed.

Escrow Holder shall deliver to Buyer the original FIRPTA Certificate executed by SellerCertificates, one two (12) original originals of the Association Estoppel CertificateLease Assignment, two (2) originals of the General Assignment, two (2) originals of the Final CRG Lease, one (1) conformed copy of the Deed and any other recorded documents, and one (1) original copy of any other document executed in connection with the Closingdeposited into Escrow by Seller pursuant hereto.

Documents to Buyer. Escrow Holder shall deliver to Buyer the original FIRPTA Certificate executed by SellerCertificates, one (1) the original of the Association Estoppel Certificate, Tenant Notices and two (2) originals of the Lease Assignment and the General Assignment, one Assignment and each other document (1or copies thereof) deposited into Escrow by Seller pursuant hereto and a conformed copy of the Deed and any other recorded documents, and one (1) original of any other document executed in connection with the ClosingDeed.

Documents to Buyer. Escrow Holder shall deliver to Buyer the original FIRPTA Certificate executed by Seller, one (1) original of the Association Estoppel CertificateLease Assignment, two one (21) originals original of the General Assignment, and one (1) conformed copy of the Deed and any other recorded documents, and one (1) original of any other document executed in connection with the ClosingDeed.
