Common use of DOE Payment Does Not Discharge Borrower Clause in Contracts

DOE Payment Does Not Discharge Borrower. Any statute or judicial decision to the contrary notwithstanding, no payment by DOE to the Administrative Agent as Administrative Agent on behalf of the Holders under this Guarantee Agreement shall, or shall be deemed to, reduce, discharge, satisfy or terminate any obligation of Borrower or any other party under the Loan Documents.
