Common use of Dollar, Dollars, U Clause in Contracts

Dollar, Dollars, U. S. Dollars and the symbol $ shall mean lawful money of the United States of America. Dollar Equivalent shall mean, with respect to any amount of any currency, as of any Computation Date, the Equivalent Amount of such currency expressed in Dollars.

Dollar, Dollars, U. S. Dollars and the symbol $ shall mean lawful money of the United States of America. Dollar Equivalent shall mean, as of any date of determination, with respect to any amount of any currency, as of any Computation Datecurrency other than Dollars, the Equivalent Amount of such currency as of such date expressed in Dollars.

Dollar, Dollars, U. S. Dollars and the symbol $ shall mean the lawful money currency of the United States of America. Dollar Equivalent shall mean, with respect to any amount of any currency, as of any Computation Date, the Equivalent Amount of such currency expressed in Dollars.

Dollar, Dollars, U. S. Dollars and the symbol $ shall mean lawful money of the United States of America. Dollar Equivalent shall mean, with respect to any amount of any currency, as of any Computation Date, the Equivalent Amount of such currency expressed in Dollars. Domestic Borrower shall mean individually, and Domestic Borrowers collectively, the Parent and any Domestic Subsidiary that joins this Agreement after the Closing Date as a Borrower and, for the sake of clarity, shall not include any Foreign Subsidiary.

Domestic Subsidiary shall mean a Subsidiary of the Borrower which is organized under the laws of the United States of America or any state thereof.

Dollar, Dollars, U. S. Dollars and the symbol $ shall mean lawful money of the United States of America. Dollar Equivalent Loans shall mean, with respect to mean any amount of any currency, as of any Computation Date, the Equivalent Amount of such currency expressed Loans denominated in U.S. Dollars.
