Common use of Dollar Limitation Clause in Contracts

Dollar Limitation. Notwithstanding anything in this Section 12 to the contrary, the foregoing indemnification obligations shall be applicable in respect of any Loss to the extent that such Loss, when taken as a whole, exceeds an aggregate of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000), except that such limit shall not apply to (i) indemnification obligations under Section 12(a)(3) above, (ii) indemnification obligations relating to Taxes, or (iii) indemnification obligations under the final sentence of Section 12(b) above.
