Common use of Domain Name Use Clause in Contracts

Domain Name Use. Upon the request of a Party that used a domain name in connection with its business prior to the date of this Agreement, the Party now owning the domain name will re-direct traffic for that domain name to a domain name identified by the requesting Party for a period ending one year after the date of the Agreement.
