Common use of Domain Name Clause in Contracts

Domain Name. The Domain Name (i) is not currently the subject of any active invalidation or cancellation proceeding; and (ii) is not the subject of any threatened invalidation or cancellation proceeding, and there is no basis for any such invalidation or cancellation proceeding in connection with the Domain name. The Domain Name is not subject to any maintenance fees or actions required by the applicable registrars governing the Domain name.
