Common use of Domestic Guarantors and Collateral Clause in Contracts

Domestic Guarantors and Collateral. Within 30 days (or such later time as may be determined by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion) after the date any notice is provided, or is required to be provided, pursuant to Section 6.14(a)(i) or (ii) above, if any relevant Person is an indirect or direct Domestic Subsidiary that is a Material Subsidiary, cause such Domestic Subsidiary to (as applicable):

Domestic Guarantors and Collateral.
