Domestic Rate Loan Requests. Borrowing Agent on behalf of any Borrower may notify Agent prior to 12:00 Noon on a Business Day of a Borrower’s request to incur, on that day, a Revolving Advance comprised of a Domestic Rate Loan hereunder.
