Common use of Domestication Clause in Contracts

Domestication. If Lessee is a foreign corporation or other form of business entity, it shall domesticate, to the extent required by Oklahoma law, its form of business entity within the State of Oklahoma. Lessee shall obtain a certificate of good standing from the Secretary of the State of Oklahoma and provide to ▇▇▇▇ such evidence of good standing as ▇▇▇▇ from time to time reasonably may require.
