DOMICILIUM. 10.1 The SELLER and PURCHASER select as their respective domicilia citandi et executandi for all purposes hereunder the address set out in Clause 1. 10.2 Any notice dispatched to the SELLER or PURCHASER by prepaid registered post or facsimile to the PARTIES’ said domicilium citandi et executandi shall be deemed to have been received by such a party 7 (SEVEN) days from date of dispatch thereof.
