Common use of DOMICILIUM Clause in Contracts

DOMICILIUM. 25.1 The parties choose as their respective domicilia citandi et executandi for all purposes of this agreement, including the service of any legal process, their respective addresses set out in the schedule. 25.2 Any notice by the seller to the purchaser shall be deemed to have been received:
