Donnelley Financial Defined Benefit Plans. (i) As of the Donnelley Financial Distribution Date, the Donnelley Financial Group shall establish and maintain the defined benefit pension plans at that time sponsored by members of the Donnelley Financial Group (collectively, the “Donnelley Financial Defined Benefit Plans”) and the Donnelley Financial Group shall be solely responsible for the satisfaction of all Liabilities thereunder.
