Common use of Dose Equivalent Invoicing Clause in Contracts

Dose Equivalent Invoicing. The Contractor will invoice the Government using a dose equivalent of [**] doses per lot for performance milestones 1, 2, &3. Upon reaching the fourth and final milestone, the contractor will adjust the final invoice either upward or downward, as appropriate to compensate for any difference in the actual number of doses delivered per lot.
