DOT-provided Services. If the Construction Project requires DOT-provided Services, they will be set forth in the PAL and funded in accordance with the proportionate cost sharing for work on the Construction Project as set forth in the PAL. DOT-provided Services may include, but are not necessarily limited to, material testing, periodic construction inspection, administrative oversight, and liaison activities with other governmental agencies to ensure satisfactory adherence to DOT and federal requirements. The DOT reserves the right at all times to inspect all aspects of the work related to the Construction Project, and such inspections shall be deemed DOT-provided Services.
