DPA APPENDIX OF THE EFET GA. [Insert if the DPA is NCG VTP H-Gas] The Parties hereby modify, supplement and amend the terms of the EFET GA to provide that the terms of this DPA Appendix shall be incorporated as Annex 4 of the EFET GA with effect as of the date of signature of this agreement (as written in the paragraph immediately following Article 8 (Miscellaneous) of the Contract). These terms shall be applicable to and thereafter govern all NCG Transactions (as hereinafter defined).
