DPCU Establishment. For the purpose of carrying out certain responsibilities of the DPO hereunder for Programme implementation and coordination, the LPA-AP and the LPA-SP shall establish by decree, and maintain throughout the entire Programme Implementation Period, a District Programme Coordination Unit (DPCU) within the DPO in each Programme District under their respective sub-Programme (generally in each Programme Province, the “DPCUs-AP” and the “DPCUs- SP”; generally each a “DPCU” and when referred to collectively, the “DPCUs”). The DPCUs shall report to the head of the relevant DPO.
