Draft Press Release. No later than two (2) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, the Company shall have delivered to each of the Purchasers, a draft of the press release announcing the transaction contemplated hereby (the “Draft Press Release”), in substantially final form, that it proposes to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission as part of Draft Form 8-K and distribute to the public, which Draft Press Release shall be reasonably acceptable to the Purchasers.
