Draft Prioritization Process. With an understanding of how the City and its citizens have thought about prioritization in the recent past, the Consultant will develop a draft approach for prioritization. Consultant will present this draft to the project Steering Committee and facilitate discussion and understanding. Consultant will document the discussion and feedback received from the Steering Committee. Subsequent to gaining feedback from the steering committee, Consultant will work with the Client to refine the prioritization process.
