Common use of Drafting Ambiguities; Interpretation Clause in Contracts

Drafting Ambiguities; Interpretation. In interpreting any provision of this Lease, no weight shall be given to nor shall any construction or interpretation by influenced by the fact that counsel for one of the parties drafted this Lease, each party recognizing that it and it’s counsel have had an opportunity to review this Lease and have contributed to the final form of this Lease. Unless otherwise specified, the words “include” and “including” and words of similar import shall be deemed to be followed by the words “but not limited to” and the word “or” shall be “and/or.”
