Drafting Ambiguities; Representation by Counsel. Each party to this Agreement and its counsel have reviewed and revised this Agreement and the Release. The rule of construction that any ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall not be employed in the interpretation of this Agreement, the Release or any of the amendments to this Agreement.
