Common use of Drawing on Partial Redemption or Exercise of Option Clause in Contracts

Drawing on Partial Redemption or Exercise of Option. If some only of the Notes of a Series are to be redeemed, or subject to the exercise of an Issuer’s option, in the case of Notes in definitive form on such date the Fiscal Agent shall make the drawing that is required in accordance with the Conditions and the Issuer shall be entitled to send representatives to attend such drawing.

Drawing on Partial Redemption or Exercise of Option. If some only of the Notes of a Series are to be redeemed, or subject to the exercise of an Issuer’s option, in the case of Notes in definitive form on such date the Fiscal Issuing and Principal Paying Agent shall make the drawing that is required in accordance with the Conditions and the Issuer and the Trustee shall be entitled to send representatives to attend such drawing.

If some only of the Notes of a Series are to be redeemed, or subject to the exercise of an Issuer’s option, in the case of Notes in definitive form on such date the Fiscal Issuing and Principal Paying Agent shall make the drawing that is required in accordance with the Conditions and the Issuer Issuer, the Guarantor and the Trustee shall be entitled to send representatives to attend such drawing.

If some only of the Notes of a Series Series, in the case of Notes in definitive form, are to be redeemed, or subject to the exercise of an Issuer’s option, in the case of Notes in definitive form on such date the Fiscal Issuing and Paying Agent shall make arrange for the drawing to be made that is required in accordance with the Conditions and the Issuer Relevant Issuer, (in the case of Guaranteed Notes) the Guarantor and the Trustee shall be entitled to send representatives to attend such drawing.
