Common use of Drawings and Other Items Clause in Contracts

Drawings and Other Items. Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Order, all drawings, blue prints, dies, patterns, tools, printing plates, and other items used in connection with the manufacture of the Goods, which are prepared or constructed by Seller pursuant to the terms of this Order, shall be the property of SJRA, and upon completion of deliveries of the Goods hereunder, or upon termination of this Order, shall be delivered to SJRA. Drawings, submittals and samples shall be provided to SJRA in the form and time set forth in the Order and the specifications.
