Dredge and Fill Permit. 1. The Bureau of Reclamation has made application for a permit to discharge dredged or fill material into waters of the United States (including wetlands) as required under section 404 of the Clean Water Act (Public Law 92-500 as amended). 2. If the Bureau of Reclamation is the section 404 dredge and fill permit holder (permittee), Reclamation will make known the conditions of permit to the Contractor and then may transfer the permit to the Contractor.
