Drilling and Testing Costs. These costs indude the cost of (1) drilling and testing the Well(s), (2) conducting such Drill Stem Tests as the Company deems advisable, (3) plugging the Well If completion is not attempted; and (4) general and administrative costs allocated by the Company.
