Common use of Driver Payables Clause in Contracts

Driver Payables. Pay before the same become delinquent all Driver Payables, except to the extent that the non-payment thereof would not reasonably be expected to give rise to a Lien in an aggregate amount in excess of $20,000,000 (it being understood that Agent may establish a Reserve for any such delinquent Driver Payables which would result in a Lien in an aggregate amount in excess of $10,000,000).
