Driving Record Background Check. CM/GC warrants, upon executing this Agreement that it and its Subcontractors’ employees have or maintains a valid driver’s license, and do not have a felony driving conviction as per a Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) driving record background check, if the CM/GC and its Subcontractors’ employees will be driving a vehicle to provide services to or on behalf of Owner.
