DROP SHIPMENTS. Seller reserves the right to refuse to make direct shipments to points of destination outside of the regular or assigned selling and service area of Buyer.
DROP SHIPMENTS. MSL will complete processes required to meet the following obligations within [*] Days following the Effective Date. a) For Drop Shipments to IBM, MSL will be responsible for all activities required to deliver the Products to the destination port of the IBM company in the destination country. MSL will issue an IBM invoice to the destination IBM company on behalf of the IBM business area invoiced by MSL for these deliveries. MSL will ensure that invoices and other required documentation are ready at the destination port for timely importation into the country, but, MSL will not be responsible for importation into the destination country. b) For Drop Shipments in AP, MSL will transfer title to IBM when Products are in "highseas" and after MSL has exported them through the customs of the country of origin of the goods. c) For Drop Shipments to IBM customers, MSL will be responsible for all activities required to deliver products to the customer in the destination country, independently of when MSL transfers title of property to IBM. MSL will be responsible for importation into the destination country and delivery of Products to the customer after clearing customs in that country. MSL will provide information to IBM to allow IBM to issue an invoice to the final customer. d) For Drop Shipments to IBM US or IBM CANADA customers, MSL will transfer title to IBM at the port of entry at USA or CANADA after MSL has imported them through USA or CANADA customs. e) MSL will ensure timely distribution operations, irrespective of whether MSL or another subcontractor is selected for outbound distribution. f) MSL will comply with the IBM Import/Export Operation Application and Instructions. DROP SHIPMENTS. From time to time JDSU may require that Supplier ship Products to Delivery Locations other than JDSU facilities as designated.

DROP SHIPMENTS. If at any time Wholesale Specialty Distributor does not have sufficient inventory of the Products to fill orders for the Products from its customers or Wholesale Specialty Distributor otherwise determines that it is in the best interests of its customers, Wholesale Specialty Distributor may request that GPI ship the Products purchased by Wholesale Specialty Distributor pursuant to a purchase order directly from GPI’s distribution facility to Wholesale Specialty Distributor’s customers (each a “Drop Shipment”). GPI may honor requests to make a Drop Shipment in its sole and absolute discretion. Risk of loss and title to the Products in each Drop Shipment shall remain with GPI until delivery to Wholesale Specialty Distributor’s customers.
DROP SHIPMENTS. 1. All fees associated with Drop Shipments are listed in Attachment B, Discounts and Fees. 2. The Wholesaler will act as a conduit to expedite and simplify the ordering and payment of drop shipped Products. 3. Unless approved by the MMCAP Infuse Participating Facility, Drop Shipments directly from product suppliers for recurring orders are prohibited. 4. Products requiring Drop Shipment must be easily identified in Wholesaler’s ordering system(s). Wholesaler’s Drop Shipment Products are denoted in Order Express as DSHP. 5. Timelines for the delivery of Drop Shipment Products will be made per the request of the MMCAP Infuse Participating Facility (e.g., expedited shipment, standard delivery, etc). Wholesaler will place Drop Shipment requests with manufacturers or suppliers within one (1) business day of receiving the request from the MMCAP Infuse Participating Facility. 6. In the event that Wholesaler is unable to fill an MMCAP Infuse Participating Facility’s order for an MMCAP Infuse Contract Product, Wholesaler will have the Product drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. The MMCAP Infuse Participating Facility will not be assessed a fee for this shipment.

DROP SHIPMENTS. 5.11.1 Purchase orders may require drop shipment of RG owned material. The supplier will check quantity and condition of furnished material and perform receiving inspection and/or test to verify compliance to requirement. The supplier will report on all material received. All furnished material found unsuitable for use, RG Buyer will be notified immediately and material will be properly marked and placed in a segregated area until disposition is made RG. All customer furnished material will be identified, stored, protected from damage, deterioration and loss. Supplier shall maintain all traceability and ensure all required documentation (e.g. C of C, Material Certs, etc.) is provided with the material.
DROP SHIPMENTS. (a) In accordance with Tennessee state law, drop shipments from an out-of-state reseller to customers in Tennessee will be subject to Tennessee sales tax. To avoid the sales tax, an out- of-state reseller must either (1) provide a resale certificate with a Tennessee registration number, (2) provide an exemption certificate evidencing that the sale of goods is not subject to Tennessee sales tax, or (3) obtain a Tennessee resale certificate from the customer receiving the shipment. (b) International drop shipments are not permitted.
DROP SHIPMENTS. Upon request, VPC will arrange for shipments of Products at LMT’s cost and risk, as provided in Section 9.3, from VPC’s facility of manufacture directly to LMT’s Customers on behalf of LMT utilizing LMT’s invoice and packing list documents.
