Shipping Terms. All deliveries will be F.O.B. destination, freight pre-paid, with all transportation and handling charges paid by the Contractor. 8.1.1 Notwithstanding the above, responsibility and liability for loss or damage will remain the Contractor’s until final inspection and acceptance when responsibility will pass to the Purchasing Entity except as to latent defects, fraud, and Contractor’s warranty obligations.

Shipping Terms. Products are shipped Ex Works (Incoterms 2000) Manufacturer’s shipping point in the United States. Legal title, control of, right of possession and risk of loss of Products shall pass to Distributor upon shipment from Manufacturer’s shipping point in the United States. Distributor shall pay for each order the price of the Products, export packing and such shipping costs as may be directly incurred by Manufacturer for such order. Distributor shall ensure that Products shipped are stored and handled in accordance with the specifications Manufacturer shall from time to time provide.

Shipping Terms. Delivery shall be made in accordance with the terms on the face of this Order. Seller shall give written notice of shipment to Buyer when the Goods are delivered to a carrier for transportation. Seller shall provide Buyer all shipping documents, including the commercial invoice, packing list, air waybill/xxxx of lading, and any other documents necessary to release the Goods to Buyer within five business days after Seller delivers the Goods to the transportation carrier.
