--- DROPS AND BASIC SERVICE TO PUBLIC BUILDINGS. (a) The Licensee shall continue to provide, install and maintain a Subscriber Cable Drop and Outlet(s) and the monthly Basic Service, without charge to the Town or any designated institution for such Drops, Outlets and Basic Services, to all police and fire stations, public libraries, public buildings designated, in writing, by the Issuing Authority and included in Exhibit 4.2(a), attached hereto and made part hereof.
