Druq-Free Workplace Policy. Consultant acknowledges that pursuant to the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1989, the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance is prohibited on City premises. Consultant agrees that any violation of this prohibition by Consultant, its employees, agents or assigns shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement.
