Common use of Dry Mortgage Loans Clause in Contracts

Dry Mortgage Loans. Prior to any Transaction related to a Dry Mortgage Loan, Seller shall deliver to Buyer or its Custodian, or authorize and direct the Closing Agent to deliver to Buyer or its Custodian, the related Mortgage Loan Documents in accordance with and pursuant to the terms of Section 7.2 hereof and the Custodial Agreement.

Dry Mortgage Loans. Prior to any Transaction related to a Dry Mortgage Loan, Seller shall deliver to Buyer or its Custodian, or authorize and direct the Closing Agent to deliver to Buyer or its Custodian, the related Mortgage Loan Documents in accordance with and pursuant to the terms of Section 7.2 hereof and the Custodial AgreementDocuments.

Dry Mortgage Loans. Prior to any Transaction related to a Dry Mortgage Loan, the applicable Seller shall deliver to Buyer or its Custodian, or authorize and direct the Closing Agent Agent, the Qualified Originator or the Warehouse Lender to deliver to Buyer or its Custodian, the related Mortgage Loan Documents in accordance with and pursuant to the terms of Section 7.2 hereof 5.02 and the Custodial Agreement.

Prior to any Transaction related to a Dry Mortgage Loan, Seller shall deliver to Buyer or its Custodian, or authorize authorize, direct and direct cause the Closing Agent to deliver to Buyer or its Custodian, the any related Mortgage Loan Documents in accordance with and pursuant to the terms of Section 7.2 hereof and the Custodial Agreement.

Prior to any Transaction related to a Dry Mortgage Loan, Seller shall deliver to Buyer Administrative Agent or its Custodian, or authorize and direct the Closing Agent to deliver to Buyer Administrative Agent or its Custodian, the related Mortgage Loan Documents in accordance with and pursuant to the terms of Section 7.2 hereof and the Custodial Agreement.

Dry Mortgage Loans. Prior to any Transaction related to a Dry Mortgage Loan (including any Dry Mortgage Loan that is a Certified Mortgage Loan), Seller shall deliver to Buyer or its Custodian, or authorize and direct the Closing Agent to deliver to Buyer or its Custodian, the related Mortgage Loan Documents in accordance with and pursuant to the terms of Section 7.2 hereof and the Custodial Agreement.

Dry Mortgage Loans. Prior to any Transaction related to a Dry Mortgage Loan, Seller shall deliver to Buyer or its Custodian, or authorize and direct the Closing Agent to deliver to Buyer or its Custodian, (i) the related Mortgage Loan Documents in accordance with and pursuant to the terms of Section 7.2 hereof and the Custodial AgreementAgreement (if any) and (ii) with respect to Correspondent Mortgage Loans, the related Seller’s Release.
