Common use of DS Variable Percentage Clause in Contracts

DS Variable Percentage. The percentage of DS Supply provided at a variable price, as set forth in Appendix C hereto. DS Variable Price – The price in dollars per MWh, as set forth in Appendix C hereto. Early Termination – Termination of this Agreement prior to the end of the term due to the occurrence of an Event of Default as specified in Section 5.2 of this Agreement and the declaration of Early Termination.
